Promotion Period:
The Boosted Junkie Volume 1 Giveaway (the "Promotion") begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends July 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, and representatives of Boosted Junkie LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

A. Automatic Entries With Purchase:
During the Promotion Period, every $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise at BoostedJunkie.Shop earns ten (10) entries into the Promotion. Entry calculations are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, fees, returned items, canceled orders, or fraudulent transactions. Entries are automatically tracked and verified through ViralSweep or another sweepstakes management system used by Sponsor.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3 in. x 5 in. card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in request receives ten (10) entries, the same number of entries awarded for a $1.00 eligible purchase. To request additional free entries, submit additional mail-in requests. Each mail-in request must be mailed separately, with only one 3 in. x 5 in. card per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, bulk, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or tampered mail-in entries are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 25, 2026 and received by June 30, 2026 to qualify. All eligible purchase and mail-in entries have equal odds of winning.

3. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of one (1) vehicle from the following, subject to availability:

- 2003 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG (Silver) Supercharged V8

- 2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG (Red) - Supercharged V8

-$10,000 Cash Option

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Vehicle is awarded as-is, where-is, with no warranty from Sponsor except any warranty expressly provided in writing by the vehicle manufacturer or applicable third party.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, license, insurance, inspection, pickup, delivery, transportation, and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting, claiming, registering, owning, transporting, or using the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about July 4, 2026, Sponsor or its designated sweepstakes administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing may be conducted through ViralSweep or another random selection method selected by Sponsor.

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days after the drawing and must respond within 72 hours of the notification attempt. Potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, tax forms, proof of identity, proof of residency, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documents, refuses the prize, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, regardless of entry method. Purchase entries and valid free mail-in entries have equal odds of winning.

6. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, tampered with, automated, generated by script or other improper means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation, suspension, or modification.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Boosted Junkie LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, sweepstakes administrators, social media platforms, and each of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.

9. Social Media Disclosure

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release all such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotion.
